Shipping policy
Please note, there is only a 30 minute window for changes to be made to an order. Once project is started, no changes can be made. For example, adding items, changing shipping address, etc. Ready to sell items could be packaged the same day, so there is no way to honor changes after 30 minutes from order submission. Please use website chat or kbrown@wholesalebykendranique.com to submit changes.
We are not responsible for any packages delivered to the incorrect address. Therefore, it is important to double-check and ensure the accuracy of the address during the checkout process to avoid any issues with delivery.
Processing time for ready to sale items and less intricate custom items is 5-7 business days. Total processing time depends on item(s) and extent of artwork.
Processing time DOES NOT include shipping time. Packages are taken to USPS or UPS and it typically takes 2-5 days (not applicable during peak season), priority/ground mail, to be received. Please note: We have no control over when package after it leaves our possession.
Wholesale by Kendranique (WBK) is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise once it has been taken to USPS or UPS. However, insurance of $100 is included in priority mail and ground mail. All fragile items are wrapped securely and labeled fragile for safety. You can also add route at checkout for added insurance and protection.
